EPE is targeting commercial operations for 2019.
The facility will be built on land provided by EPE in Dona Ana County. EPE notes it has been ordered by the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission to issue the RFP and complete bid review and selection by Nov. 27.
Proposals are due Nov. 12. More information on the RFP can be found here.
